Welcome to Squadneti. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Squadneti website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
By accessing or using Squadneti, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and an in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account on Squadneti. Users under 16 may only use the Platform through an account created and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at support@squadneti.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that contain false or misleading information.
Squadneti grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for its intended purposes: managing sports teams, organizing schedules, tracking player statistics, facilitating communication among coaches, players, parents, and officials, and accessing analytics tools.
You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law; harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users through messaging or any other feature; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, the Platform's infrastructure, or connected systems; upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any material that could disrupt the Platform's operation; scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Platform without prior written consent; resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without authorization; impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a team, league, or organization.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or share through the Platform, including team rosters, schedules, messages, player notes, and performance data ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Squadneti a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to share it. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of third parties. Squadneti does not claim ownership of User Content and will not use it for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Squadneti offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide access to premium features such as advanced analytics, expanded storage, priority support, and additional administrative tools.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. All fees are stated in euros and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. You authorize Squadneti to charge your designated payment method for recurring subscription fees until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 60 days' written notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before the new pricing takes effect.
The Platform, including its design, code, features, logos, trademarks, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Squadneti B.V. and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Platform beyond the limited license described in Section 3.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform. Feedback, suggestions, or feature requests you submit may be used by Squadneti without obligation or compensation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Squadneti and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Squadneti in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@squadneti.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, though certain records may be retained as required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to other users or the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If mediation fails within 60 days, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring a claim before the courts of your country of residence where required by applicable law.
